Holidays can be stressful, but add in food allergies or Celiac Disease and that stress is compounded. It is possible to stay safe and have fun during the holidays, but there is a great deal of planning and preparation required. The presentation will address major holidays (Valentines Day, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukah, New Years) and things that those with food allergies and Celiac Disease need to consider, plan for, and do in order to stay safe and enjoy the holiday. Special emphasis will be placed on Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukah and New Years given the timing of the conference.
